Local Shipping

Orders made any day of the week will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Orders containing more than 10 items will need an additional 2-3 days for packaging and delivery.

Orders will be fulfilled using a trusted third party delivery company. Please contact us via Whatsapp text if you have any issues with drivers/ deliveries +965 96925577.

 

International Shipping

Orders made any day of the week will be packaged and dispatched within 3-5 working days. Shipping will be 5-14 days after dispatch.
We use priority/express shipping companies and time to delivery to your doorstep may vary. However, we expect shipping to reach your destination within a maximum of 30 days.

However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by your local customs clearance process. If delivery is delayed by any event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event. However, if there is an event of substantial delay, please reach out to us by Whatsapp text +965 96925577 and we will provide a refund of your bill amount not exceeding KD 50.
